Terms and Conditions

Requirements are as follows:  

1. Only the Song Owner may submit songs.

2. Song must be titled.

3. Song SHOULD not be longer than four minutes. 

3. Song should be Radio Ready.  

4. File Format: MP3 

5. Song should be copywritten.  

6. Submit only one song at a time. 

Note: Your submission is voluntary. The Harold C. Cooper Music Program reserves the right to accept or deny submission that may be deemed inappropriate or not up to the standards of our regular programming. By submitting your work, you hereby give The Harold C. Cooper Music Program the right and permission to stream, broadcast, air and share your submitted song within our network at our discretion. No funds will be paid for your submission. Submitted songs will not be returned.
